Alaminos Village 2 is a residential development of twenty-one traditionally designed units, set on a gently sloping hillside overlooking the village of Alaminos. Access to the complex is via a small private road leading to allocated parking spaces for all residences. Particular attention has been given to creating a traditional Cypriot village atmosphere amidst generous green surroundings. An elevator and a series of gently sloping pathways provide access to the various levels of this terraced complex.
At the heart of the development lies the large communal swimming pool, surrounded by lush landscaping, terraced sun decks, and changing facilities.

Each residence features spacious verandas, private terraced gardens, and calming views over the surrounding hills and valleys. The consistent use of natural stone, wooden details, and rustic finishes highlights the traditional Cypriot character of this unique project.
